One new document added in March 2026 amending the date of the annual meeting to January or February of each year. approved at January meeting 2026. These are the new/current rules and bylaws as of 24 September 2019. This folder contains searchable PDFs of the Restated and Amended Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions (RADCR) as well as the Homeowner's Association Bylaws. Both were approved by the neighborhood 13 July 2019.
