Unit owners may convey proxy by simply filling out the online form below and clicking "Submit", or do it the old fashion way by printing and mailing the PDF proxy form.

I/we, the above property owner(s) in the Village at Indian Lake Homeowners Association am/are unable to attend the Association meeting and hereby convey the vote(s) allocated for my/our property(-ies) to the Unit Owner below from the Village at Indian Lake. The person or Board member noted here is authorized to vote on my behalf on all matters coming before this meeting for vote, only. For the January 24th, 2026, meeting the proposed change to the bylaws changes the annual meeting requirement currently stated as required between October 1st and December 31st of each year. The new  amendment would state: “The annual meetings of the Association shall be held on such date between the first of January and and the last day of February of each year as the Executive Board shall determine.”
